Les Mills BODYPUMP is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit–fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. University of Auckland did a study that verified BODYPUMP as providing the fastest body fat loss of any fitness class. Impact/Intensity: Low impact; low to high intensity. All fitness levels welcome, barbell & weight plates used.
